Many people believe that cellulite is caused by fat or being overweight and therefore logically find a diet chart to help them lose that fat. However, in most circumstances this is not true. Even thin people get cellulite, especially women because cellulite is not really impacted by how fat you are. It’s impacted by how you fat cells stretch. Yes, you can lose weight but doing so doesn’t guarantee you any loss in cellulite.
